This course aims to provide you with a thoughtful understanding of how our senses work, how to improve your sensory literacy, and how different factors impact the flavor of oysters. We break down "merroir" into easy-to-understand components and considerations and review the elements of the Oyster Tasting Wheel. This class was originally taught as the first module of Level 2 Advanced Oyster Appreciation.
