New Brunswick Is the most bi-lingual province in Canada and produces some 1900 tonnes of Oysters annually - 3rd largest producer 

With 7500km of coastline, most of which is ruggedly beautiful - but too rugged for Oyster Farming. 

Producing just over 200 tonnes of Oysters annually, the NS Oyster is a wonderful find!
